Sleep disorders

Waking up refreshed after a good night’s sleep remains an unfulfilled desire for many people.

Sleep is important for our physical and psychological well-being and plays a significant role in learning and memorizing.

During sleep our brain and body functions do change in a way that allows the organism to recover. The immune system is strengthened, cells regenerate and growth hormones repair damaged tissue.

Stress, anxiety, trauma, jet lag and shift work can cause sleep disorders. This can have a negative impact on the quality of life and can limit concentration and efficiency. Furthermore, it can lead to fatigue during daytime, reduce vitality and increase the risk of illness.
